Cairns:
Liveaboard Trips (Overnight)
Scuba Pro, Pro Dive
The Company
Since 1983 Pro Dive Cairns has developed
and maintained an international reputation as one of the premier
dive company in Cairns. Pro Dive offer the highest
quality and best value liveaboard trips to the outer Great
Barrier Reef. Pro Dives' three multi million dollar purpose built
vessels provide unquestionably the very best outer Great Barrier
Reef liveaboard experience in Cairns.
The Diving / Snorkelling
Pro Dive Cairns have access to 16 exclusive sites on 5 different reefs. These sites have been selected for there variety and quality of both coral and marine life as well as great visibility. Weather permitting, you will rarely dive the same site more than twice. This dive adventure has you staying out on the Great Barrier Reef for three days and two nights. Take the time to really enjoy the reef in a more relaxed environment.
A difference that sets Pro Dive’s trip apart from other outer reef liveaboards is that their vessels are not permanently moored on the reef and they do not use day vessels to transfer different people on and off each day. Your fellow passengers and crew remain the same for the duration of your trip.

The Vessels, Scubapro I, II and III
Scubapro was purpose
built and then launched in April 1998. Major specifications were
that she could handle all varying weather conditions in the
Tropical North and offer a smooth
and comfortable ride. The formula was a huge
success and in February 2002 a sister ship, Scubapro
II, was launched, followed by Scubapro
III, launched in April 2004.
Pro Dive’s fleet of modern dive vessels with expansive dive and sun decks, and air-conditioned interiors, ensure your comfort for the duration of the trip. With only 32 passengers onboard, all in twin or double accommodation, you are assured of a personalized and memorable adventure!
